Data deletion

A clear channel for data subjects, users and administrators to request data deletion securely and with traceability.

Last updated: August 31, 2026 ← Back to the website

BdrGo is the new name of NextWho. References to the former brand in the current documents identify the same platform.

To request deletion, write to [email protected], using the email address associated with your account or the outreach you received whenever possible. Requests are free of charge and will be handled in accordance with the LGPD and BdrGo's role in each operation.

1. How to submit a request

  1. Provide your name and the email address, phone number or professional profile associated with the data.
  2. Specify whether the request concerns your account, a workspace or a prospecting message you received.
  3. If known, provide the name of the sending company, the channel and the approximate date of contact.
  4. Describe whether you are requesting deletion, correction, blocking, anonymization, objection or only confirmation and access.

Do not send full documents, passwords, tokens or excessive data in your first message. We will request only the additional information strictly necessary to locate the records and confirm the legitimacy of the request.

2. User account and workspace

Users may request deletion of their profile data. Deletion of an entire workspace must be requested by an authorized owner or administrator, as it may affect members, campaigns, integrations, usage evidence and the organization's contractual obligations.

Before closing the workspace, the administrator must export any content they need to retain and revoke integrations. We may confirm the scope, explain the impacts and apply a safety period consistent with the contract before permanent deletion, to prevent accidental loss or fraudulent requests.

3. Data used by customers in campaigns

When a customer company determines a campaign's purpose, audience and messages, it normally acts as the controller and BdrGo as the processor. In that case, we will forward the request to the responsible customer and may apply a precautionary block or add the contact to a suppression list to prevent further outreach while the request is reviewed.

Keeping a minimal identifier on a suppression list does not mean continuing prospecting: its purpose is precisely to record the objection and prevent the contact from being added again or contacted again.

4. Verification, timeframe and response

  • We record the request and acknowledge receipt through the channel provided.
  • We may verify identity, authority over the workspace and the relationship to the data without requiring excessive information.
  • We provide a simplified response immediately when possible, or a complete response within the applicable statutory timeframe.
  • When acting as a processor, we will cooperate with the customer acting as controller to address the request.
  • If the request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain the legal or technical reason and the available channels.

5. Data that may be retained

Deletion does not extend to data whose retention is necessary and permitted by law, including for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, billing, fraud prevention, security, auditing, the regular exercise of rights and the protection of third parties. In these cases, access is restricted and use is limited to the retention purpose.

  • tax documents, billing records and contractual evidence for the statutory period;
  • logs and audit trails needed for security and incident investigation;
  • minimal objection and suppression records to prevent further improper contact;
  • backup copies until their technical rotation, isolated from ordinary use;
  • information associated with a dispute or ongoing obligation, until the need ends.

6. Effects of deletion

Account deletion ends personal access to the platform. Workspace deletion may remove lists, campaigns, workflows, conversations, files and settings shared by the entire team. Permanently deleted data cannot be recovered after the safety period and the rotation of applicable backups.
