BdrGo is the new name of NextWho. References to the former brand in the current documents identify the same platform.
The agreement identifies the legal entity providing the service, the customer, the plan, and the applicable version of each document. In the event of a conflict, the signed Order and specific schedules prevail in the order established in the Terms of Use.

Regulatory references
The legal program considers Brazil's General Data Protection Law, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, Brazilian e-commerce rules where applicable, ANPD regulations and guidance, and the official policies of connected channels. These documents do not transfer responsibility for BdrGo's failures to the customer or eliminate either party's legal responsibilities.
